In 2015, after relocating from Santa Monica, California to Jackson, Mississippi, Jason Kirschberg was introduced to Jeff Reynolds. From their initial meeting, Mr. Kirschberg recognized Mr. Reynolds’ potential as a formidable litigator. A professional relationship soon followed, taking them from being adversaries in court to collaborating as co-counsel. Their mutual respect and admiration for each other’s skills were evident from the start.
By 2019, their collaboration had proven to be a winning combination. When a client approached Mr. Reynolds with a challenging bad faith case involving Mississippi’s workers’ compensation laws, he called on Mr. Kirschberg to assist. Their combined strategy led to a swift dismissal of the lawsuit. Their alliance not only resulted in a favorable outcome for their client but also amplified the strengths of each attorney. Mr. Reynolds then began associating Mr. Kirschberg on all his complex cases.

Jeffery P. Reynolds
Received his undergraduate degree from Millsaps College, cum laude, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was Special Projects Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal.
A wholehearted litigator, Mr. Reynolds has extensive experience in Oil & Gas, Environmental Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Commercial Litigation on Behalf of Creditors, Construction Litigation, and professional and governmental liability.
Jason M. Kirschberg
Received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, cum laude, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law where he was named to the Order of the Barristers,
After graduating in 2002, Mr. Kirschberg joined a large civil defense firm in Birmingham, Alabama where he focused his practice on products liability and professional liability defense.
